Alba Truffle Slicer

Named for the the town in the Piedmont region of Italy famous for its white truffles, Alessi's Alba Truffle Slicer is a modern interpretation of a traditional tool. The Ben Van Berkel/UN Studio design is an ergonomic way to slice this precious tuber. Sculptural and sophisticated, Alba is made of mirror polished stainless steel and was created in a collaboration with the Centro Nazionale Studi Tartufo.
