Two world-famous Italian brands, Alessi and coffee maker Illy, have designed a highly functional stovetop espresso maker without compromising tradition. Pulcina is the product of 3 years of intense research optimizing the pot's shape to extract the best flavour of the coffee. Can be used on gas, ceramic, or electric stovetops. (Not compatible with induction cooktops.)
