At Bergo Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the parcel back to our main boutique warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
